What is the difference between Essential and Professional?
Both include the full data perimeter. Professional goes up to 50 people (for more, we make a tailored proposal) and adds budgets per team, log retention of up to 10 years, priority support, onboarding with our team and an account manager. The table above has the details; items marked «Coming soon» will come to Professional.
What does the price include?
The platform: the data perimeter, the admin console with metrics, budgets, the evidence log and support. It does not include model usage: your company pays OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Mistral directly with its own account, with no Acotia markup.
How do we start and when are we charged?
Request the pilot: 15 days with rollout, training, support and a final report, with the setup done by us. It costs €149 up to 25 people, €299 for 26 to 50, and for more than 50 the equivalent of the first month (about €800 for 50 people on Professional) or a tailored quote. It is deducted in full from your first invoice if you sign up within 30 days. Then you pick a plan and number of seats, pay through Stripe and are charged from day one: there is no trial period. You can cancel at any time from Administration › Billing.
What is a seat?
Each person with access, plus pending invitations. People who are removed free their seat. You can add or remove seats at any time; Stripe prorates the difference.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT; the applicable VAT is added to the invoice. If your company has a VAT number in another EU country, you can enter it at checkout.

Yes, for annual contracts. Write to us and we will set it up.

Your company pays its provider with its own keys; in Acotia you see it in the dashboard, with budgets per company and per person. Acotia adds no markup.
