Three problems. One place.
AI platform for companies
The environment where your team works with AI, and where the company takes back control of its data, its usage and its bill.
What is AI governance?
AI governance is the set of rules, controls and records that let a company use models such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini without exposing sensitive data, knowing who uses them and keeping spend under control.
Updated
A layer, not another tool
Acotia does not try to replace the models that already work: it sits in front of them. Your team keeps using the best ones, through the usual chat interface, and what changes is that every request passes through a layer applying your policy before any text leaves the company.
The three problems it solves
The first is risk: sensitive data travelling to personal accounts with no trace. The second is governance: forty subscriptions and no view of who uses what. The third is money: licences nobody uses alongside uncapped consumption. They get solved together or not at all.
A layer between people and models
- 01
The person writes
In the desktop app, with the models the company has enabled.
- 02
Detected on the device
Tax IDs, IBANs, cards, secrets and custom terms, before leaving the computer.
- 03
Through the gateway
In the EU the policy is applied again and the label is logged, not the text.
- 04
Reaches the model
Masked, routed to a model hosted in the EU or blocked, according to policy.
What exists and what does not
We are in pilots and prefer to say so: what exists today is the core, the data perimeter and the usage and cost telemetry. Deep integrations with the rest of your stack come later, and the pilot companies set the order.
How it fits with what you already use
Acotia does not replace your models or your directory. It sits between people and models: access is by invitation and, if you connect it, with the corporate Google or Microsoft account, and requests go out to the providers the company has enabled, after the policy is applied.
Who sees what
The person using the tool sees their own usage. Whoever administers the company sees the panel with adoption, cost and log. Leadership sees aggregate figures. The content is not stored on the server: each request is classified on the fly — kind of task and data categories — and only that label is kept. The Acotia team has restricted access to the account configuration, and each of its actions is marked in the log.
Frequently asked questions
What is an AI governance platform for companies?
The system that decides, for the whole company, how AI is used: which data may leave, which models are allowed, how much can be spent and what gets recorded. Acotia does it with three pieces: data security, usage metrics and spend control.
Does my team have to change tool or model?
No. The team keeps working with a chat interface and with the models the company enables. What changes is that each request goes through the perimeter before it leaves.
What exists today and what comes next?
We are in pilots. Today there is the core, the data perimeter and usage and cost telemetry; deeper integrations with other tools come later, in the order the pilot companies set.
Built to pass the IT and DPO review
Where it runs, what it keeps, which model accounts it uses and who can change what. What they usually ask, at a glance.
See the trust page →Where it runs
A desktop app for each person and a gateway on the server. Accounts, policies and the log live in the EU.
What is kept
Metadata for each request: who, team, model, categories, action and cost. Not the text: conversations are stored encrypted on the device.
Your model accounts
The company connects its own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Mistral accounts. Keys are encrypted and never return to the browser.
Access and changes
Sign-in with Google or Microsoft, three roles (super admin, admin and employee) and a log of every policy or permission change.
