First we measure. Then we block.

A governed AI pilot in 15 days

Nothing gets cut off on day one. We start by looking at what already leaves your company, and policies arrive once the numbers are on the table.

Why that order

If the first thing staff notice is a block, they go back to their personal account and the problem gets worse: now it is invisible too. Measuring first gives two things. To the company, a diagnosis with its own numbers instead of a vendor pitch. To the people, the sense that the tool arrived to help, not to watch them.

What we ask for and what we do not

We ask for a contact in IT or management, the email addresses of whoever joins the pilot, the list of AI subscriptions you already pay for, and a few days of normal use. We do not ask you to migrate anything, change models, or sign a long contract before seeing results.

How much it costs and what it includes

The pilot is paid and lasts 15 days. It includes rollout, training, support and a final report. Price: €149 up to 25 people, €299 for 26 to 50, and for more than 50 the equivalent of the first month (about €800 for 50 people on Professional) or a tailored quote. It is deducted in full from your first invoice if you sign up within 30 days. If you do not continue, the report is still yours.

What you keep, whatever happens

At the end of the pilot you have a report on what sensitive data would have left your company, who actually uses AI and what it costs today versus centralised. That report is yours even if you decide not to continue.

The three phases of a pilot

Connect on days 1 and 2, measure in audit mode from day 3 to day 12, and set limits with the policies already decided on days 13 to 15. The detail of each step is in the 15-day rollout and in audit mode.

When it does not make sense

If nobody in your company uses AI yet, a pilot does not add much: there would be nothing to measure. And if all you want is a cheaper chat, there are simpler options. A pilot fits when AI is already used daily, often with personal accounts, and someone has to answer for the data.
