How we calculate it
Now: €500 a month for 20 people (≈ €25.00 per person). With Acotia: the Essential plan fee (€79 + €9 per person per month) plus real AI usage, which your company pays its provider with no markup: 400 queries per person per month, half on Mistral (≈ €0.0012 per query) and the rest on ChatGPT (≈ €0.0096 per query on average). Prices exclude VAT, billed monthly. This is an estimate: the pilot gives you the real figure.
With annual billing, Acotia's fee is 15% lower. Public reference prices per person per month, excluding VAT (October 2026): ChatGPT Business, $25; Claude Team, $25; Microsoft 365 Copilot Business, $21 (plus the Microsoft 365 licence); Google Workspace Business Standard, €13.60.
