What you see
Genuinely active users, not licences purchased. Messages per team and per time slot. Models used and for what kind of task. Accumulated cost and end-of-month projection. The share of requests where the perimeter intervened: almost nobody has measured it before.
What you do not see
Conversation content never reaches the dashboard and it is not logged at Acotia: the gateway only processes it in memory. Telemetry answers who, when, with which model and at what cost, not what anyone wrote.

Without these numbers, the AI conversation in a management meeting stays at the level of impressions. With them you can answer three uncomfortable questions: how many people actually use it, where the money goes and what risk has been avoided. All three with data rather than anecdotes.

The same metrics feed the evidence log and export to CSV. The difference between a number that reassures leadership and a number that stands up to an auditor usually lies in being able to export it with its context.

Which AI usage metrics does leadership see?
Active people against seats contracted, number of requests, accumulated cost and month projection, most-used models, percentage of requests with sensitive data and percentage where the perimeter stepped in.
Can leadership read what each employee writes?
No. Metrics are calculated on metadata, and the content of conversations is neither recorded nor shown to management.
Can I see usage by team to allocate costs?
Yes. The panel breaks usage and cost down by team and by person, and the associated log is exported as CSV.
